Thank you for being part of the 2024 Alberta Craft Brewing Convention.  We are excited to be bringing together the craft brewing community at the Westin Edmonton on October 9th.   

Important timelines to note:

●      Tuesday, October 8th:

○      Load-in and set up: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Banquet Level Ballroom). If you have only table top materials, you can load in through the front door. If you require the loading dock, the entrance is off 99th Street into a one-way alley. Access is first-come, first-served. If you require a dolly, call the MOD at 780.220.0765. See map below.

○      Please check in at the registration table in the West Foyer to receive your badges and any additional information.

●      Wednesday, October 9th:

○      Tradeshow Open: 9:00 am - 2:30 pm

○      Load out: 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm - If you have only table top materials, you can load out through the front door. If you require the loading dock, the entrance is off 99th Street into a one-way alley. Access is first-come, first-served. If you require a dolly, call the MOD at 780.220.0765.

○      Alberta Beer Awards: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
