Mike Foniok, Head Brewer and Co-owner of The Establishment Brewing Company began his brewing journey over 16 years ago as a homebrewer. After acquiring his National BJCP beer Judge certification he quit his engineering day job and opened The Establishment Brewing Company with fellow friends and beer enthusiasts, in 2019.

Donovan Fast

Donovan grew up in rural Manitoba and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a major in Microbiology. He began his career at a brewery in Winnipeg, moved to Germany to join a fast-growing startup, and later joined '88 Brewing Co in Calgary to support their new venture. He has over 12 years of brewing experience.
