All About Lager Yeast: An Over View of the Ins & Outs

All About Lager Yeast: An overview of the ins and outs of lager production, from the unique perspective of lager yeast. What makes lager yeast different? How do we control it to mitigate common off-flavours (esters, acetaldehyde, diacetyl)? How do we produce the crispiest lager possible? What is the cash flow impact of switching production to lagers, and how can it be managed? All this and more will be answered in this session.
